Eating has always been a passion of mine. From the moment I was born, my parents swear that I was a foodie in the making. I would refuse to put baby food into my mouth and feeding time was always a chore (unless it was tasty, like pear or apple sauce!). My love for food has since developed and grown into what I hope now is an acceptable enough level for you to be interested in what I have to share: my thoughts, my photos, my travels and explorations of food. I consider myself a ‘picky eater’, only in that I am choosy about what I decide to put into my mouth. However, that doesn’t mean that I only crave high-end tastings. I often find myself longing for that ultimate piece of fried chicken, or perfectly grilled yakitori. No calibre of  food is shunned in the making of this blog.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to sample some of the world during my short time thus far on this earth. I’d like to use this blog to share some of those experiences with you: whether they be of tastings in far-away lands, or simple home-created dishes in Boston. I hope you enjoy reading my simple musings on food and share some of your thoughts as well.
